Becoming a member of the Xi Chi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon was one of the most rewarding decisions of my college years, offering me the opportunity to develop skills and connections beyond the classroom. The connections I built with my brothers have been crucial in helping me face challenges, from battling cancer to navigating difficult work situations. Now as an alumnus, I can proudly say that what started as a group of strangers has turned into a family that I know I can always count on.

Being an active member of TKE awakened me to a much more significant enjoyment of the college experience, to a much larger number of true friends, reinforced my personal confidence, and enhanced my personal self-motivation to strive to be much “more” than I would’ve been without TKE being such a huge part of my life. TKE made a huge difference in my life then and continues to enhance my life through friendships with Alumnus!

I joined TKE, specifically XI-CHI chapter in the Fall 1994. My undergraduate experience led me to meet lifelong friends, build leadership capabilities, and develop a bond with men from all walks of life that I would have been less prepared for life after college without. Over the last three decades, I have continued to be involved with TKE at the local, province, and international level. I still find available roles within fraternity beneficial and am glad to still be an active alumni of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
